Welcome! Our Second Album follows the flow of the Seasons and our Somatic Yoga and Flow teachings and practices! The Recording, Engineering, Mixing and Mastering for all tracks expertly handled by Jeff Bosley and Sounds Good Studios, LLC in Lincoln County, West Virginia.
1. SunShine Gāyatrī (T JEFFERS, WD PRICE)
(3:58) Our song "SunShine Gāyatrī" is inspired by and includes the ancient Sāvitrī Gāyatrī Mantra (or mantra to the Sun) and asks us to contemplate on the role of the Sun in all we do and all we are. For you see, we and almost all lifeforms that we know of exist entirely as various forms of solar energy or simply; Sunshine - "Nothing but Sunshine" and we are all connected to and unified with all beings through and by this celestial energy.

2. FREEFOLK: Compact Version (T JEFFERS, WD PRICE, M SMITH)
(2:19) This fun up-beat piece was inspired by the wonderful artwork outside of the FreeFolk Microbrewery in one of the "coolest towns" in America - Fayetteville, West Virginia. Pure Freedom is the result of Yoga.

3. Plaything: A beautiful Time (T JEFFERS, WD PRICE, M SMITH)
(3:39) Freeing ourselves as the co-vid pandemic subsided, we opened ourselves to absorbing the “vibe” of the Playthink Flow Festival. While resting in our camp and observing the firefly-lit trees in synesthetic synchrony with the pulsing drum circle filling the sky with sound and light - this song came to Tara.

4. AHAM̐ DEVO: Magically Delicious (T JEFFERS, WD PRICE)
(2:49) This affirmation mantra is a component of Bill's daily mantra practice and is taken from the Mantra-tantra-prakāśana ('Light on the Expansive power of Mantra'), a lost text. However, the mantra was preserved by Śrï Lakshmaṇa-gupta, in his commentary on the Śāradā-Tilaka-Tantra (1493 A.D.)

5. Autumn Shoobedoo (T JEFFERS, WD PRICE)
(3:06) Tara and Bill had made a short pandemic tradition of retreating to a rustic CCC cabin in beautiful Cabwaylingo State Park, West Virginia during the Thanksgiving Weeks of 2020 & 2021. These we very creative times for us and we were quite disappointed that the park cabins will not be open this year - 2022 - after Nov. 1. One afternoon during the 2021 stay, Tara was looking out our cabin window while we rocked in chairs by the fire. A blustery & cold Autumn day in the mountains of West Virginia. As I was playing with a new percussive ukulele riff, this song came to Tara..

6. Aurora Borealis (T JEFFERS, WD PRICE)

One afternoon during the 2021 stay, while cozy in our cabin window thinking thoughts of the rhythms of the season without the Holidays, this song of a beauty of Nature, but with a Holiday sound came to Tara. Bill added a rap piece and some ethereal throat singing to complete the song.

(3:48). One afternoon during the 2021 stay at the cabin, while cozy in our cabin thinking thoughts of the rhythms of the season, of friends and family, of the Holidays and the beauty of song and music, this song came to Tara.
